**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Manage and grow social media communities by driving follower engagement and increasing brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality, on-brand content.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders on social media to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media presence.
- Organize and host social media events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, and giveaways.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio or case studies showcasing successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with influencers or managing brand collaborations.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
