**About the Role**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate a high volume of global interviews including virtually & onsite
- Partner with our People team to ensure smooth new hire onboarding including background checks
- Working shift would be 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST shift supporting AMER region.

**What You Will Bring**:

- 5year(s) work experience as a recruiting coordinator (similar sectors are a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within team structure
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
- High sense of urgency and effective time management skills
- Proficiency in GSuit

**What Gives You an Edge**:

- Knowledge of HR systems such as Jobvite / GoodTime / HireRight are preferable (but not essential)
