**Key Responsibilities***:

- Collect, review, and verify client documentation (income statements, payslips, ID, property details).
- Ensure compliance with **NCCP Act, ASIC, and industry standards**.
- Prepare loan comparisons, preliminary assessments, and compliance documents for broker sign-off.
- Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients throughout the loan process.
- Assist with loan settlement coordination and post-settlement follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
- Support general office administration and broker scheduling.

**Requirements**:
**Skills & Qualifications***:
**Mandatory**: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mortgage/loan administration in the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of Australian lending processes, loan types (home loans, personal, commercial, asset finance), and compliance.
- Proficiency in broker CRM software and lender portals.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential).

**Preferred Attributes**
- Previous experience working with a finance brokerage or aggregator in Australia.
- Strong client service focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Proactive, organised, and a team player.
