Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, review, and verify client documentation (income statements, payslips, ID, property details).- Ensure compliance with **NCCP Act, ASIC, and industry standards**.- Prepare loan comparisons, preliminary assessments, and compliance documents for broker sign-off.- Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients throughout the loan process.- Assist with loan settlement coordination and post-settlement follow-ups.- Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.- Support general office administration and broker scheduling.

Requirements**:

- **Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Mandatory**: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mortgage/loan administration in the Australian market.- Strong understanding of Australian lending processes, loan types (home loans, personal, commercial, asset finance), and compliance.- Proficiency in broker CRM software and lender portals.- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation.- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential).

** Preferred Attributes**- Previous experience working with a finance brokerage or aggregator in Australia.- Strong client service focus and ability to build rapport quickly.- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.- Proactive, organised, and a team player.
