**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Developing and executing business growth plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Managing team in sales and executives thereby driving the targets.

**Primary Skills**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- In-depth market knowledge of the IT Industry.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho).
- Experience in creating & giving presentations to potential clients.
- Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving & Positive Attitude.
