**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Material Sourcing Strategy**:

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials.
- Conduct spend, market, and competition analysis to understand category needs.
- Align sourcing with business requirements and long-term goals.

**Material Availability**:

- Ensure uninterrupted material supply across all manufacturing units.
- Liaise with suppliers, production planners, and plant teams to avoid stockouts.

**Supplier Evaluation & Selection**:

- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers based on capability, pricing, and quality.
- Maintain a strong and reliable supplier base.

**Negotiation & Contract Management**:

- Lead RFQs and cost negotiations to ensure the best value.
- Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts in line with company policies.

**Inventory Planning & Management**:

- Collaborate with planning and production teams to forecast material needs.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to minimize costs and avoid excess stock.

**Quality Assurance Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with QC teams to ensure materials meet internal quality and safety standards.
- Drive corrective actions for non-conformance cases.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Monitor market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Analyze pricing trends to make informed procurement decisions.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate potential procurement risks including shortages or logístical disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans for critical material categories.

**Compliance & Ethical Sourcing**:

- Ensure all procurement practices are in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Promote sustainable and responsible sourcing across the supply chain.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Leverage procurement tools and data analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier KPIs.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Foster long-term, value-driven relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and resolve issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
