We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and process-driven **Procurement Executive** to join our growing team. This role is critical in managing vendor relationships, optimizing procurement costs, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services required across business functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers** to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- **Issue purchase orders and track order status** to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- **Maintain accurate procurement records** including quotations, purchase orders, vendor contracts, and delivery notes.
- **Build and maintain strong vendor relationships** and ensure vendor compliance with company standards and expectations.
- **Coordinate with internal departments** to assess procurement needs, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- **Monitor inventory levels and reordering needs** to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- **Assist in cost analysis and budgeting** for procurement activities and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- **Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes, and approval hierarchies** as per internal guidelines.
- **Handle day-to-day administrative tasks** related to procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.

**Preferred Profile**
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchase functions.
- Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, and vendor databases.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and digital communication tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
