Muzigal offers beginner to Intermediate level music classes across Indian and western music genres for all age groups through its proprietary curriculum delivered by qualified music teachers. Muzigal is a full-stack music education and resource provider leveraging its online first advantage augmented with offline academies in neighborhoods, schools and a shop front for buying music instruments. We aim to become the household name for music classes in India over the next 5 years.
**Role Overview**
Engage with newly assigned leads immediately using text and phone outreach. Excellent lead management and lead nurturing (Thoroughly process leads to increase overall sales and the amount of each sale). Handle questions and provide detailed information on features and policies of Muzigal. Collect relevant student information and update in the CRM portal and share with teachers. Assist in trial class setup and ensure class completion. Follow up with students to provide guidance with class enrollment, billing and payment processing and close the sale. Prioritize and promptly respond to any requests from students or teachers and direct to the appropriate department for further assistance. Keep track of and strive to exceed individual and team targets for weekly and monthly student enrollments. Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

**Skills Required**:
- Customer service experience preferable
- Demonstrated experience in achieving metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Google apps, Microsoft word and Excel, basic CRM system understanding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments.
- Excellent time management
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
