**Description**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store In charge to join our team in the Automobile industry. As a Store In charge, your main responsibility will be to supervise and oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient inventory management. You will play a vital role in maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the store.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and prices for products.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality of work.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement to maximize store performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Strong Knowledge of ERP or Software Related to Store.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile Industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in using inventory management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
