**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) - Warehouse / Store In-charge**

**Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure timely updating of inward/outward inventory in ERP or manual records.
- Reconciliation of physical stock vs system stock.

**Material Receiving & Inspection**
- Ensure proper receiving of materials with required documentation (PO, Invoice, GRN, etc.).
- Inspect materials for quality and quantity as per specifications.
- Coordinate with the procurement and quality teams for discrepancies.

**Storage & Handling**
- Organize and label materials systematically for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, moisture, safety).
- Prevent material damage or deterioration during handling and storage.

**Dispatch & Logistics Coordination**
- Plan and coordinate dispatches as per delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for dispatch.
- Liaise with transporters and logistics teams.

**Stock Reporting**
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Report fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock regularly.
- Track material consumption vs usage forecast.

**Team Management**
- Supervise and train warehouse helpers/labourers.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse staff.
- Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.

**Space & Layout Management**
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in material flow.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines within the warehouse.
- Maintain records as per audit and compliance requirements (fire safety, PPE, housekeeping, etc.).

**Coordination with Internal Departments**
- Regularly coordinate with procurement, production, accounts, and sales teams for inventory planning.
- Raise timely material requisitions to avoid stockouts.

**Asset & Equipment Maintenance**
- Ensure proper usage and regular maintenance of warehouse tools, trolleys, racks, etc.
- Maintain records of company-issued tools/assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
