- **Staff Management**: Supervising staff, potentially including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- **Sales and Revenue**: Developing strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals.
- **Store Appearance and Maintenance**: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- **Reporting**: Providing regular reports on store performance to upper management.
