**Job Title**:Social Media Executive

**Job Location**:Pune (on-site)

We are looking to hire a Social Media Executive who can create innovative and engaging content, maintain our online presence and monitor engagement across various social media platforms.

**About Indesign Elements**:
We are a dynamic startup based out of Pune, having our core function in design. We offer end to end solutions like branding, UI/UX design, product design and digital marketing to our national and international clients.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Create and post engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Manage the company's social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to brainstorm new ideas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers.

**Educational Qualifications**: A degree or diploma in Marketing or Social Media Management is preferred.

**Work Experience**: Around 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

**Necessary Skills**:

- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Good project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media tools and analytics.

**Salary**: ₹325,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
