**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive.As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**

Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.

Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.

You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages.

Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a bi-monthly basis.

Keeping a social media posting calendar and sincerely following it

Responding to comments/messages on social media on time.

Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.

Following the best social media practices to increase digital presence

Creating textual as well as multimedia content (reels, you tube shorts, etc) and proactively implementing trending norms to enhance the reach

Able to with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new partnership announcements, ad campaigns, events, or other brand messages

Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns

Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

**Key requirements**

Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Social Media preferred

Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms

Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.

Proofreading and Editing Skills

Interpersonal Skills

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Customer Service Skills

You should be able to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively.

You should be able to manage social media campaigns.

You should possess extraordinary communication and presentation skills and have the ability to pay close attention to details.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
