The Social Media Executive is responsible for creating, curating, and managing the social media content of the company. **The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating Reels, writing content, and engaging with customers on social media platforms.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
- Create engaging Reels and post content on appropriate social media platforms
- Monitor and engage with customer feedback, comments, and questions
- Collaborate with team members to create and optimize content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies

**- Develop creative content such as videos, GIFs, and images**
- Analyze campaigns and create reports
- Adhere to company policies and best practices

**Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field - Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Video and Reel Creation: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media Post: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
