**Job Brief**:
**Social Media Executive Duties**:
Develop an integrated social media strategy for online marketing campaigns
Keep abreast of social media trends, research, and best practices
Develop and plan on-going content development
Create content for online marketing campaigns
Create social media advertisements
Develop and create social media graphics
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, content administration, and engagement
Monitor and analyze user metrics and engagement
Collaborate with marketing and other team members
Communicate with other departments as needed

**Social Media Executive Responsibilities**:
Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement
Engage with customers by responding to questions, complaints, and comments, and solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings
Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs
Coordinate website updates, including content and structure, and optimize content throughout the website
Maintain and update website content including online descriptions and product listings
Coordinate paid online advertising, including creating and executing targeted online ad campaigns
Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
Generate new social media content, using existing content, and supporting the sales team
Gather, analyze, and report on social media metrics

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, and communications
- 2+ years of experience in social media for corporate communications
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
