Service IN / OUT Reporting,
Debug Report and Debug MIS,
Deviation reporting, Record and its closure,
Process analysis and improvement audit,
PPM calculation of products,
Field feedback reporting,
Customer complaint verification its analysis and prevention plan through concerned person,
Daily and Weekly reporting to management on service status,
Weekly and Monthly reporting As per Service process,
Ensurement of service process and its acknowledgement,
Training of service engineers on New process implementation, its record and assessment,
Internal documentation and prioritize the requirements as per customer urgency,
Liaison with customer and dealer for product delivery and replacement status,
Maintain Stock activity and Audit of Stock once in a month
Scrap of Addition RSP products w.r.t Service policy
Daily standup meeting with Team for daily action
Weekly closure of all complaints and units.
