They are one of the most important parts of any organization as they represent the company as a whole. They are responsible for retaining the customers by providing them assistance and establishing good relations with them

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Understanding the products and services provided by the company.

Ø Resolving customer complaints and queries.

Ø Providing detailed information to customers.

Ø Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Ø Taking feedback from the customers.

Ø Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

Skills Required
- Good Communication Skills (Fluent English Required)
- Initiative taking
- Pressure handling skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
