Tandoori Chef de Partie (CDP) - Job Description

**Position Overview**: The Tandoori CDP is responsible for managing the tandoor section of the kitchen, producing kebabs, tikkas, breads, and grilled items. This role ensures the authenticity and consistency of tandoori dishes while maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain tandoor oven.
- Prepare marinades and cook kebabs, breads, and tikkas.
- Maintain uniformity in taste and appearance.
- Control wastage and ensure portion control.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety in the tandoor area.
- Coordinate with service staff for timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in tandoor operations.
- Expert in Indian grills and clay oven cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of marination and meat handling.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
