Position: Front Office cum Admin
PFA the KRA'S:
- Greeting visitors, clients, or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Providing information about products, services, or company policies.
- Managing and organizing office documents, files, and records.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Inputting and updating information into databases or computer systems.
- Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and providing receipts.
- Balancing cash registers and preparing financial reports.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
- Effectively communicating with team members, other departments, and external parties.
- Providing information about the organization's products, services, or policies.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones while assisting visitors and handling administrative duties.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
