We are looking for a **System Administrator** to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving all networking, internet, hardware, and server-related issues to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls - Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly - Set up accounts and workstations - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues as they arise - Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely - Address and resolve any internet connectivity issues promptly - Troubleshoot and manage server-related problems - Maintain and upgrade hardware components as necessary - Provide technical support when requested - Manage and resolve issues related to network, server, and OS - Document processes and procedures for employees to follow to work effectively within our computing system - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and upgrades - Be willing to be available beyond regular work hours to promptly address emergency issues - Exhibit excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Maintain a professional and patient demeanor with a positive "can-do" attitude **Desired Skills**: - Proven 2 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role - Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management - Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery - Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - 5 days working - Location: Ahmedabad - Immediate joiners preferred Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (required) - Network management: 2 years (required) - Computer hardware: 2 years (required) - System security: 2 years (required) - IT Infra: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
