**Summary**

The System Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's critical IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Design and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure leveraging cutting-edge technologies
- Implement and maintain advanced infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Develop and enforce comprehensive IT governance and compliance strategies
- Architect resilient, scalable system architectures with focus on microservices and containerization
- Manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with advanced security protocols
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Implement zero-trust security architecture
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Automate system operations and deployment processes
- Manage complex network infrastructure and security configurations
- Conduct advanced performance monitoring and optimization
- Mentor junior system administration team
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures and processes

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Infrastructure Design and Implementation**: Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and cloud services.
- **System Administration**: Manage and administer Linux/Windows-based servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- **Cloud Management**: Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including AWS/Azure/GCP, ensuring cost optimization, security, and compliance.
- **Security and Compliance**: Ensure the security and compliance of our IT infrastructure, implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards.
- **Monitoring and Troubleshooting**: Monitor our IT infrastructure, identifying and troubleshooting issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve our IT processes, implementing automation, and ensuring efficiency.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 years or equivalent experience in system administration, IT infrastructure management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows-based servers, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IT infrastructure management.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- **Certifications**: Certification in brand management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
