**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold data
- Pitch products/services clearly and persuasively
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle rejections and remain confident and motivated
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems
- Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate]

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
