Job Summary:
To provide exceptional dining experiences for guests by leading the food and beverage service team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Service

1. Supervise and coordinate F&B service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

2. Greet and interact with guests, taking orders and serving food/beverages.

3. Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and feedback.

4. Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Operations

1. Assist in planning and executing events, banquets, and special functions.

2. Manage table allocations, reservations, and guest flow.

3. Monitor and control inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing usage.

4. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Leadership

1. Train, motivate, and evaluate F&B service staff.

2. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

3. Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration among team members.

4. Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts.

Quality Control

1. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.

2. Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and service areas.

3. Implement quality improvement initiatives.

4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Administrative

1. Manage point-of-sale systems, handling cash and credit transactions.

2. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

3. Participate in menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities.

4. Assist in budgeting and cost control.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related field

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
