Account Monitoring: Review and manage accounts with outstanding debts, ensuring records are accurate.

Negotiation: Work with debtors to create feasible repayment plans or settlements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of communications, payments, and agreements.

Compliance: Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies governing debt collection.

Customer Interaction: Handle queries and disputes professionally, resolving issues to recover debts efficiently.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on collection progress and account status.

Skip Tracing: Locate debtors who have changed contact details to ensure recovery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
