**Position**: Debt Collections
**Minimum Qualification**: SSC
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in debt collections (mandatory)
**Salary**: Up to 35k
**Batch Date**: 28th Jan 2025
**Rounds of Interview**: HR & Ops

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage collections of outstanding debts from customers/clients.
- Negotiate payment plans and assist clients with clearing their debts.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections efforts and interactions.
- Work towards monthly targets for debt recovery and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections.
- Provide excellent customer service while managing collections.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations.
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and procedures.
- Good negotiation skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Rounds of Interview**:

- **HR Round**: To assess communication, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
- **Ops Round**: To evaluate job-specific skills and experience in debt collections.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹38,052.25 per month
