Job Description: As a Banking Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks associated with customer onboarding processes within the banking sector. To enhance KYC procedures and maintain high standards of due diligence.
**Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough customer due diligence to verify the identity, legitimacy, and risk level of prospective and existing clients in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Analyze and assess the adequacy and accuracy of customer documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including compliance officers, relationship managers, and legal teams, to address KYC-related issues.
- Handle queries for clients, providing appropriate assistance.
- Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with customers for additional information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.

- Any Graduate or Postgraduates.
- Only Customer Service Experience.
- Fluency in English communication (Verbal and written) is a must.
- International blended Background preferred.

- 2+ Years of proven experience in any domain.
- Experience within the banking or financial services sector, preferably will be an add on.
