Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Bulk Calling)
Location: Indore
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling bulk calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to a large number of prospective customers daily
Introduce and explain our products/services effectively to potential leads
Identify customer needs and generate interest in our offerings
Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion
Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
Quick learner with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage
