Presales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify inbound & outbound leads and understand client needs.
- Explain digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Design, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service outlines.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and share pre-sales reports.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (training provided).
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, BPO, or digital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
