**Position**: Banca Channel Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in the insurance industry (any vertical)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Drive insurance product sales through the banca channel by building strong relationships with bank branch staff.
- Identify and convert potential customers from the bank's existing client base.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Collaborate with branch managers and staff to achieve business targets.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for bank staff to enhance awareness and product knowledge.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and policy issuance.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up with potential customers to close sales.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries promptly.
- Guide customers through product benefits and processes for smooth onboarding.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Adhere to company and regulatory guidelines while executing business activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduation in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in insurance sales or operations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in local language (Punjabi) and basic knowledge of English.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Should be from the Jalandhar area or have strong local knowledge and connections.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary with attractive incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
