Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain and update the office calendar, including meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages efficiently.
- Provide general information to visitors and clients about the company and its services.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Assist with office supply management and order replenishments when needed.
- Ensure the security of the building by following the company’s security procedures, including logging visitors and issuing guest badges.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties related to office administration.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate degree.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
