Customer Collection Management: Make collection calls to customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve discrepancies to minimize outstanding receivables. 2. Invoice Management: Send reminders to customers regarding invoice due dates, ensuring timely payments and maintaining a positive cash flow. 3. Financial Record-Keeping: Accurately record bank entries, reconcile statements, and maintain up-to-date financial records. 4. Receivables Management: Maintain and update the list of outstanding receivables, identifying areas for improvement. 5.
