We are seeking a motivated Back-End Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in streamlining our sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare accurate and detailed invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submission to customers.
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing, from receipt to fulfillment, by closely coordinating with production and dispatch teams.
- Generate, track, and manage work orders to ensure smooth execution in collaboration with production and dispatch departments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, including production, logistics, and accounts, to streamline operations and meet customer expectations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in a sales support, operations, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in ERP systems and invoicing software.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
