**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Executive/Senior Executive - Store Department** to join our team. This role is vital to the efficiency of our store operations, involving inventory management, production and cost analysis, forecasting, and in-depth data evaluation. If you have a strong foundation in store/inventory operations and enjoy working with data to drive business decisions, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø **Inventory Management**
- Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure accuracy of records in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Maintain material storage and handling in line with internal standards.

Ø **Production Analysis**
- Track and report on material consumption in production processes.
- Analyse variances between planned vs. actual usage.
- Monitor waste and yield levels, proposing improvements where needed.

Ø **Cost Analysis**
- Evaluate cost efficiency in store operations.
- Identify and report cost leakages or inefficiencies.

Ø **Forecasting & Projections**
- Prepare forecasts for material requirements based on production trends.
- Support procurement with accurate data-driven projections.
- Contribute to long-term inventory and production planning.
- Perform root-cause analysis on inventory and cost-related anomalies.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Ø **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Math, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- CA Intermediate / Master’s in Finance/Accounting is preferred.

Ø **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management with strong analytical exposure.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Ø **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (FACT, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Ø **Key Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
