Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Executive**

1. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers through various channels such as networking, research, and referrals.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

3. Sales Pitch:

- Present and promote products or services to meet customer needs effectively.

4. Negotiation:

- Handle price negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.

5. Market Analysis:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

6. Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to management.

Telesales Executive

1. **Outbound Calling**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

2. Customer Inquiries:

- Address questions and concerns, providing accurate and relevant information.

3. Database Management:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

4. Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

5. Follow-Up:

- Schedule and conduct follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into sales.

6. Feedback Collection:

- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.

Skills & Qualifications:
1. **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

4. Technical Proficiency:

- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and call-handling software.

5. Sales Skills:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Adaptability:

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of leads generated and converted.
- Revenue achieved against targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Efficiency in follow-ups and call handling.

Work Environment:

- Office-based or hybrid (for telesales).
- May require occasional travel (for sales executives).

**Salary**:
Pay: ₹8,849.08 - ₹27,610.82 per month

**Benefits**:
