**Job Description (in detail)**:

- Organizing **sales** visits.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Collection on competitor’s product information.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database and records.
- Reporting to Line Manger on timely manner.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Reviewing **sales** performance.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

**Key Skills / Technical Skills required relevant to profile**:Previous experience of handling this kind of technical product, Able to do Demo/ Trial, Sales Mindset, Result Oriented Approach

**Non-Technical (soft) Skills required**: Self Driven and initiator, Proficient in Local Language, Learning attitude, Should not hesitate for Demo/ Trail of Seafood and Meat, Well disciplined, Data Management such as ZOHO/ERP/SFDC/CRM., Adaptability

**Qualification**: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Food Tech/Dairy Tech/other) OR Biotechnology Engineering

**Territory offered to Handle**: Kerala, Tamilnadu, Pondicherry

**Experience Required**: 2-3 years

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
