Job Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing corporate partnerships, organizing outdoor events, and providing personalized tours of our cutting-edge facilities to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Facility Tours:

- Provide personalized tours of our fitness center to potential clients.
- Showcase the various facilities, equipment, and amenities available.
- Highlight unique features and benefits to meet the specific needs of each client.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing members.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions.

3. Social Media Content Creation:

- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and promotions.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and encourage member interaction.

4. Sales Calls:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads and inquiries.
- Provide information about our fitness programs, promotions, and membership options.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the growth of Stark Fitness Kochi.

5. Outdoor Events Coordination:

- Plan and organize outdoor fitness events, workshops, and challenges.
- Coordinate logistics, participant registrations, and ensure a seamless event experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.

6. Corporate Partnerships:

- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and corporations.
- Develop customized fitness programs or promotions for corporate partners.
- Coordinate corporate events, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content creation.
- Sales experience and a track record of meeting targets.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Ability to cultivate and manage corporate partnerships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:
