**Customer Service Executive, Male,Kochi, Fort Kochi**
Job Location: Kochi, Fort Kochi (Male from Local place preferred),
Salary : Rs. 20,000/
- Job Overview:
This is a key role which includes both administration and sales functions at an artefacts shop.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
- To ensure products are correctly replenished, merchandised and displayed based on Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Responsible for overall ambience, upkeep and cleanliness of shop interiors and premises
- Responsible for setting and achieving monthly sales targets
- Responsible for coordinating with the accounts team to ensure inventory management,billing, and returns.
- Thorough understanding of designers and products in the shop portfolio.
- To communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations at the shop.
- Prepare sales analysis and support with general administrative work, e.g. roster, monthly sales reports etc.
- Lead by example to other staff on customer service excellence, efficiency and productivity
Qualification
- Degree holder (Age between 22 - 30)
- 2-3 years’ supervisory experiences in retail sector, preferably fashion retail.
- Hands-on personality, positive attitude, multi-tasking and enjoy working in retail environment
- Independent work style, excellent communication and people management skills
- Passionate about fashion and design trends
- Fluent in English.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- retail sector(Fashion retail): 2 years (preferred)
