Asst. Sales and Marketing Executive (Lady - 1 no)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and advertisements.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on hotel services and packages. Maintain and update the customer database to track leads and bookings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.

Strong attention to detail and creativity in marketing approaches.

Familiarity with the local market and competitors in the hospitality industry.

Salary package Rs. 30,000/- to Rs35,000/
- (No accommodation, persons from local may preferred)

Day shift only
