**Job Position Summary**
- To work in the capacity of an Executive to take care of operations and planning.
Maintain communication with existing staff to keep up the retention as per company expectations.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

Helping teams with various audits mainly for the tanker cell.
Liaising with fleet care team for various letters related to DG & misc.
Liaising with branch office for planning ex hands.

Weekly calls to the Seafarer to maintain an accord with them.
Social Engagement with Seafarers.
A frequent informal survey of seafarers to understand the opportunity to increase potential hires.

**Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Master Degree holder of any faculty with minimum 3years of work experience in shipping industry
- Experience in documentation in shipping industry dealing with shore-based requirements.
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent on MS-Office
- Good Negotiation skills
