Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to join our logistics team. The Delivery Boy will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate through different routes within the delivery area.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Pick-Up and Delivery**: Collect items from the company’s warehouse or retail store and deliver them to the designated addresses. Ensure timely delivery according to the schedule provided.
- **Route Planning**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery. Use GPS and other navigation tools to avoid traffic and find the best routes.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery from the recipients.
- **Package Handling**: Handle packages with care to avoid damage during transit. Ensure all packages are secured properly in the delivery vehicle.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, receipts, and any other required documentation.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained. Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- **Compliance**: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a delivery boy or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of navigation and GPS systems.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle(s) used.
