**Job Title**: Institutional Operations

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Transaction Management**:

- Process and validate large-ticket institutional subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
- Ensure cut-off compliance for NAV applicability and coordinate with RTA (CAMS/KFintech) for timely execution.
- Validate transaction files from clients/custodians and liaise with fund accounting for confirmation.

2. **Client Servicing & Onboarding**:

- Handle KYC/AML, FATCA, UBO, and other onboarding documentation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with SEBI and internal policy norms.
- Respond to client queries on transactions, reports, and fund structure.

3. **Custodian & RTA Coordination**:

- Liaise with custodians for trade instructions, confirmations, and reconciliations.
- Interface with RTA for unit allocation, reconciliations, and reporting issues.

4. **Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Perform daily reconciliations between fund house records and RTA/custodian systems.
- Generate and review client MIS, transaction confirmations, and valuation reports.

5. **Compliance & Audit Support**:

- Ensure operational processes adhere to SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and internal SOPs.
- Assist during internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.

6. **System Usage & Process Improvement**:

- Use MFU, NSE NMF II, and other transaction platforms effectively.
- Contribute to process automation and efficiency improvement initiatives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in Mutual Fund / AMC / Custodian operations, preferably in institutional segment.
- Solid knowledge of mutual fund transaction cycles, compliance norms, and SEBI guidelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with CAMS/KFintech, MFU, and custodian platforms (e.g., NSDL, ICICI Bank Custody).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reconciliation tools.
- Strong communication and client coordination abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
