**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our offerings can meet those needs.
- Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
- Follow up on leads generated
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Skills and Qualifications**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
