Position: Program Coordinator for Online Courses

What You'll Do: As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our online courses. You'll be the driving force behind coordinating course logistics, engaging with instructors, and providing exceptional support to learners. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with instructors to create and schedule course content.
- Assisting in the development of course materials and resources.
- Managing course enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for learners.
- Monitoring and addressing learner inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinating live sessions, webinars, and interactive components of courses.
- Collecting and analyzing data to improve course delivery and learner engagement.
