**Job purpose**
The Program Coordinator - SEL Programs is a key contributor towards program design, development &
delivery of SEL, Values & Character Education Programs at The Job involves deep-rooted interaction with clients to understand needs, developing curriculum &
delivery mechanism, training educators, overseeing implementation & assessing impact.
Duties and responsibilities
- Program Development & Operations - Contributing towards Researching & Developing Content
& Pedagogy for the Values & Character Education Program of
- Interacting with existing clients, understanding needs and devising relevant & customized
curriculum, modules, events etc for optimum results each time & every time
- Deliver Saksham Values Programs independently as an Educator wherever feasible
- Regular interaction with Students, Educators & School Management
- Discuss class progress with concerned educator, Asst. Program Head & school authorities
as per prescribed timelines & format
- Administering credible assessments to understand program impact
- Maintenance of program learning modules, props & any other material related to class
provided by school authorities
- Contribute in creation & maintenance of School Profiles, Educator Class Schedules, Class
Trackers, Project Reports, Educator Class Journals, Attendance Logs.
- Educator Training - Contributing in the Orientation, Training, Mentoring & Monitoring of
Team of Educators
Program Coordinator - Character Education Programs
- Sharing feedback & suggestions with concerned team for continuous improvement of
program
- Consultancy - Contribute in developing End to End Consultancy with school authorities on
designing & executing an overall Values & SEL strategy within the school ecosphere
- Values Based Events - Contribute to planning, organizing and follow up of program &
promotional events in schools, conferences, organizations, platforms etc
- Teacher & Parenting Training - Participating in Development & Delivery of Teacher & Parenting
Training programs (Both online & offline)
- Recruitment & Retention - Aiding in recruiting right talent for roles Ex
- educators, curriculum development etc & retention
- Long Term Business Development - Meeting principals & managements of schools to share about
programs adoption
- Articulating experiences, learning’s, thoughts & views on relevant topics through official blogs,
journal, videos etc to connect with wider audience
- Upgrade skills by attending online and f2f professional development courses, seminars and
Conferences
**Qualification Criteria**
- Post Graduate with a degree from recognized state/central/private university is preferred
- Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitating or counseling both children & adults in
educational institutions
- Must have experience of working on projects in Social Emotional
Learning/Character Education/Psychology/Counseling
- High level of written & spoken proficiency in English & speaking proficiency in Kannada/Hindi
- Willingness to travel within city to client locations
