Job Description: Front Desk Executive (Female)
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our reputable real estate company. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. With 1-3 years of relevant experience, you will handle inquiries, manage appointments, and provide essential information about our properties and services. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in effectively liaising with clients, agents, and colleagues.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Taking attendance of a particular office and updating on a particular group
2. Taking care of all incomings and outgoings of staff and visitors
3. Coordinate with several vendors for accomplishing of day to day routine tasks
4. Participating in each (Indoor/outdoor) organization event and being responsible for management and discipline duties
5. Keep records of attendance manually and update to concern department
6. Complete office management
7. Correct Meeting registrations
8. Handling Pantry/housekeeping departments
9.Maintain office discipline & decorum
10. Follow up with PSO regarding vehicle management of senior people
11. Taking care of data distribution and taking feedback
12. Maintain the cleanliest of all premises
13. Keep a record of all petty and day-to-day expenses
14. Handling all tiny responsibilities of administration & front office
15. From Time to time explain the pantry and housekeeping department in terms of training
17. Card swipe if required
18. maintain dress code of staff
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and office equipment operation.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude and a team player.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work effectively under pressure.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive in the real estate industry.
