Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced **Production Supervisor** to oversee and manage all production activities, including planning, execution, manufacturing, and dispatching of leather goods such as bags and belts. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of production processes and the ability to manage a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise the entire production process, from planning to dispatch, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of orders.
- Oversee daily production activities, including managing the production line, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring proper equipment utilization.
- Ensure the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards and company guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of production workers, providing guidance and support to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to minimize delays.
- Maintain and update production schedules to ensure the timely completion of orders.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources for production.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the production area.
- Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and inventory to track performance and make necessary improvements.
- Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting any challenges and suggesting process improvements.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing overall productivity.

Qualifications:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in production management, specifically in leather bag and belt manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving production goals.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and production management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in the production environment.
