We're urgently hiring for **"Production Supervisor
- Printing & Lamination"** for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry

**Location :Greater Noida**

**Qualification : Diploma in mechanical/Printing**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively.
- Conducting regular equipment and machinery inspections to identify potential issues and coordinating with maintenance staff to make sure repairs and servicing happen as necessary.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials, and other supplies are available according to the schedule.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

**Core knowledge / skills required**:

- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing flexible machine and tools.
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills word, excel and power point.

**Process**:Lamination (PU Lamination / wax lamination), printing (rotogravure) Material - Films, Papers, Alu foil etc.)

**Soft Skills**:Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer-centric approach, working with cross functional team.
