**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Reports to**: Customer Service Manager

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with our diamond Jewellery manufacturing company. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing product information, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Management**: Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing, and shipping information.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with relevant departments to provide solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company's product lines, including diamond specifications, designs, and manufacturing processes, to offer informed assistance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain customer accounts in the CRM system, updating information as needed and ensuring follow-up for ongoing inquiries.
- **After-Sales Support**: Assist customers with warranty claims, returns, and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production, sales, and quality control teams to communicate customer needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury goods or jewellery industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and Jewellery manufacturing is an advantage.
