Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement delegate acquisition strategies to drive attendance for market research studies, conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and potential delegate segments for each event.
Create compelling messaging and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value and benefits of attending our events to target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive delegate acquisition efforts.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, associations, and organizations to leverage their networks and expand event reach.
Proactively identify new delegate acquisition opportunities and implement innovative strategies to maximize attendance and delegate satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze delegate acquisition metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and cost per acquisition, to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delegate registration and onboarding processes, providing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in delegate acquisition to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
