Salesforce Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Salesforce CRM.
2. Modify and enhance Salesforce using custom objects, page layouts, fields, and validation rules.
3. Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automations to streamline workflows.
4. Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and troubleshooting.
5. Manage user access, profiles, and permissions.
6. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
7. Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and compliance within Salesforce.
8. Support third-party tool integrations to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Experienced in Salesforce administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and training skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
